Tumbler Process Time
Currently our process time is 3-6 weeks as each one of our item are handmade and each rhinestone is placed on one by one. This process is very time consuming as we work very hard to make sure all our products are made to 100% of perfection. Once the order has been finished you will receive a tracking number of ETA ( estimated arrival ) or the order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged items once the order has been shipped. A claim for an damaged or missing packages will need to be placed through USPS postal service to obtain any refunds for your order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECTED BEFORE ORDERING AS NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
RUSH ORDERS
Please use rush order when purchasing your order in notes for your order to be rushed. Rushing your order will put your order above other orders and get your order out to you within 2 weeks instead of 3-6 weeks. if you need order sooner then 2 weeks PLEASE CONTACT US first before ordering. CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders must be emailed to us first before placing any orders. Please email us at splashedbypinkzllc@gmail.com or dm us on instagram @splashedbypinkz to see if we can do the custom order first! this goes for tumblers & press on nails!
Shipping policy
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Once we hand over product any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Splashed By Pinkz takes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
Splashed By Pinkz will not be held responsible if the wrong address or zip code is inputted into the system.If possibly we will make multiple attempts to correct the error or return the package, but is not liable for any address or zip code errors resulting in a loss of package or returns.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and its missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Refund policy
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Due to the nature of my handmade products I do not accept returns or make any exchanges . Exception: If products arrive defective or damaged due to the seller a replacement will be issued. If so, email splashedbypinkzllc@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product for review.
